I put in an order for Christmas in October, blindly trusting the company to send me my correct order I didnt open the packages. Opened them this past weekend (12/15) to wrap gifts and discovered half my order was missing. So I called customer service to be told that the items are out of stock and not available and I would get an email about a refund. Received said email today telling me that I cannot get a refund because its past the 30 days. So they are keeping the $110 that the items that I did not receive cost me and thats all they could do to help me. To me that is just like stealing. Stupidly I should not have trusted that all items were there. Will not happen again. So now Im out $110 for 3 shirts and I am 3 gifts short for my daughter a week before Christmas

Urban outfitters was wonderful to deal with. I was able to reach a live person quickly who understood why I wanted a price adjustment when I made a purchase on an item that went on sale. She solved the problem quickly and reimbursed me for the difference immediately. Highly recommend shopping here as they value their customers.

I placed an order and paid 241 which was by card and the money was taken from my account, I then received an email stating that part of my order was cancelled due to products not being in stock. This email stated I would not be charged until my order was dispatched. I have not received a refund for the items that were cancelled in my order. I want my refund ASAP.

Hi! I was charged $169 for a bathing suit. That price was the sale pricewhen I received item the tags did $99.99 call customer service, and this is what they told me to do. if I cant add the pictures right now, being on your site, I will add them once I send the email as an attachment.

When pulling an item to send, do not send an alternate item, wrong size, sale item, who does this?? Third party seller claims to have refunded my money on 1-5 but neither my credit company nor I see any evidence of this. I have contacted the seller, sent emails and DMs to customer service and did online chat with customer service but nobody is able (or willing) to help.
